Description
An excellent artichoke variety sometimes called Polish White. Very large bulbs and cloves, silky white skins with occasional light purple to pink marbling, and the perfect “soft-neck” for braiding make this garlic a real stand-out. Medium heat and true garlic flavor makes this a perfect variety for mashed potatoes. 8-12 bulbs per pound with 5-9 cloves per bulb (yes, huge cloves only, no small interior cloves!). Stores 6 months.
