Description
Siberian is, as it’s name implies, cold-weather thriving. This garlic will yield bulbs and cloves that are consistently large with pretty light pink skin with fairly strong garlic flavor and heat. Siberian has a very high allicin content and allicin is known for medicinal characteristics including boosting the immune system. Averages 7 cloves per bulb. Stores well for 7-9 months.
