Description
This variety was discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation and is renowned for it’s universal taste appeal. It is not the strongest garlic but does have a long-lasting aftertaste and is truly a stand-out variety. Great for baking, garlic bread and a wonderful addition to anything mashed. Large bulbs average 10-20 cloves each. Stores well for 6-9 months.
