This delicious garlic was brought to Canada from Italy in the 1980’s. The flavor is robust, bold and long lasting – fiery if eaten raw; true garlic lovers will enjoy the flavor. Bulbs and cloves are huge – Music always outperforms when compared to yields from other varieties. The satin-like white bulbs show just a touch of pink and produce an average of 5 cloves each. Stores well for 7-9 months.
