Description
A silverskin variety with a somewhat gnarly looking tan bulb, St. Helens Red puts on a deceptive face! A true Washington State heirloom, this garlic has long fat cloves that make it a chef’s prize in the kitchen, while the bold and spicy flavor, with hints of nuts, make it a prized addition to any meal. Great for roasting, braiding, and longer storing, St. Helens Red has 8-12 bulbs per pound and about 15-25 cloves per bulb.
