Description
Very good all-around garlic. Excellent scapes and great strong garlic smell to all bulbs. Exceptional flavor with a bit of heat. Korean Red not only produces large hard-neck bulbs when acclimated, it also produces a mini bulb in the scape that can also be planted (or eaten) for mini bulbs and pearls the next season. Averages 5 cloves per bulb and stores well for 5-6 months.
