Description
A porcelain variety that originated in northern Germany, Premium Northern White not only provides very large cloves, but some zesty-hot garlic flavor to go with them! This hardneck will produce 5-6 cloves per bulb and about 8 bulbs per pound and is unstoppable in cold climates with documented harvests after -18 degrees and claims of harvests after temperatures of -60 degrees.
