Italian Late is an excellent bulb that produces well in almost any climate and provides beautiful cloves with bold garlic flavor and a subtle, nutty aftertaste. As wrappers are peeled away, cloves reveal their eye-catching light red color. Expect great garlic for braiding that will keep well for up to 8 months. Italian Late is an artichoke variety that will produce very large bulbs when provided with proper growing conditions. Each bulb averages 7-9 cloves.
